Here’s me hoping, BUT if I was the Marketing Manager for Adidas and we needed to come up with a campaign to promote the brand this is what I would come up with!

A SNAPCHAT PROMOTION , okay so the YeezyxAdidas is coming out and we need to reach the maximum amount of people and let people know what’s good why not create a SnapChat story of our promotional opening event?! This way we can reach to everyone on SnapChat, that’s more than 100 million people! People that are attending the event will be able to use a filter that will let people that are watching the snaps know what is going on and what we are promoting. Our brand image will be on every SnapChat making people aware of the fact it is a Adidas event!

Our goal is to get the most brand awareness and get people to follow Adidas on SnapChat. People that are watching the snap story will get excited to see what is happening at the event and celebrities involved. SnapChat is a quick and easy way to display what is happening around the world, so this platform will let people know the brand behind the scenes.

The SnapChat Story is displayed to people while its actually happening, therefore when we hold the promotional event for our new shoes YeezyxAdidas people will able to see the first glimpse of the shoes, people wearing them, Kanye West and the whole Kardashian Clan as well as other celebrities that are going to be apart of the event. 

We will be letting people know about the SnapChat story before by promoting it on our social media sites such as Twitter and Instagram. As well as have the Kardashians promote on their SnapChat Stories saying they are going to be at the event and watch out for the story! I believe this is what most teenagers and young adults are using and that is our target market for this campaign. This will get people wondering what is happening, and want to follow our SnapChat Story!
